INGREDIENTS -peeled and sliced ginger – raw honey

Start by washing and peeling the outer skin of your ginger with a spoon or vegetable peeler

slices your ginger to thin matchsticks. the more surface area the better!

add your matchstick pieces of ginger in a glass mason jar

pour honey over your ginger slices until they are covered, 1/2 inch from the top
