INGREDIENTS – 2.5 oz. dark chocolate (70% cacao), chopped – 1 teaspoon coconut oil – 3 oz cup aquafaba (liquid from a can of chickpeas)
Combine the chocolate and oil in a bowl set over a pot of simmering water until completely melted
Once combined, remove from heat. In a mixer, whip the aquafaba until its' light and fluffy.
Lightly fold in the melted chocolate mixture into the aquafaba mixture until thoroughly combined.
