melt-in-your-mouth: garlic herb butter recipe for steak

This easy compound butter is easy to make and it's delicious!


– unsalted butter – garlic cloves -fresh herbs or wild garlic tops (parsley, chives) -sea salt 

make sure to take your butter out of the fridge so it's soft before you begin. 

In a small mixing bowl, add softened butter and herbs (or chopped green garlic tops) and cloves

with a fork start to incorporate softened butter and garlic bulbs and herbs 

Take care to make sure there are no clumps.

add a pinch of salt, taste and adjust if needed.

one last mix with a spatula

put butter in a ramekin or small dish and refrigerate until cool
