INGREDIENTS –ginger root – lemon – raw honey – cayenne pepper

When is  the best time  to take a ginger  shot? 

In the morning, preferable  on an empty stomach. 

Peel and chop 1 large ginger root.

Blend ginger in a blender or juicer

Strain the ginger pulp from the mixture.

Add lemon juice and honey to taste.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for later
