Herbal Salt Blends

Making your own herb salt blend is a great way to use preserve fresh garden herbs and makes for a good gift for foodies!

How to make Herb Salt

INGREDIENTS – course sea salt – fresh herbs chopped

Remove the leaves from stems and discard discolored leaves. Cut into small pieces and place in a food processor or chop finely by hand.

Pulse until they  finely chopped

Add salt to the chopped herbs and mix with a whisk or spoon until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
