honey lavender lemonade

This home made lemonade is great cocktail for brunch or any time! 

honey lavender lemonade

LAVENDER SYRUP – honey – white sugar – lavender –  hot water MAKING LEMONADE – lemon juice –cold water – lemon sliced in wheels (garnish) – 1 lavender sprig per glass

Ingredients

To make the syrup,  sugar, honey, and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from  heat and add dried lavender buds.  

Let steep for 30 minutes

strain out the lavender buds. 

The syrup can be stored in a jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks
