Who would have thought that such a deliciously sweet floral syrup could be so easy to make?

Honey Lavender Syrup

– 1 cup water – ½ cup sugar (white or brown) – ½ cup honey – Three tablespoons of dried lavender buds

Ingredients

Place your lavender buds in a jar, then add the water. 

Allow them to sit overnight (or at least 6 hours).

Strain lavender buds through a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth bag,

In a small saucepan, warm infused water over low heat. Add sugar and honey  to your jar.

Add water to honey and sugar

Stir until dissolved entirely before bottling

Enjoy this lavender simple syrup with coffee, in cocktails and more!
