How to Cook Dandelion Greens (Italian Style)

INGREDIENTS -dandelion greens  -neutral oil -garlic cloves -lemon juice -red pepper flakes

Trim dandelion greens and rinse in cold water. Chop greens, keeping tender leaves whole.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat until shimmering (about 2-3 minutes).

add garlic and sauté for 1 minute, then add red pepper flakes

add chopped greens, increase heat to high and sauté until greens are wilted but still bright green.

add a squeeze of lemon, season with salt and pepper, remove from heat and serve
