To dry cranberries Turn the dial to 135 degrees onand dry for at least 8 hours and check on them periodically.
Add pineapple chunks to a dehydrator tray at 135 degrees on until fully dry
– 1 cup of dried cranberries – ¾ c. orange juice or fresh mango nectar – ¼ cup dried pineapple
Combine the cranberries, orange juice or mango nectar, and pineapple in a small pan over medium heat.
1Cook for 10-12 minutes, frequently stirring, until the fruit is fully hydrated and the nectar has thickened to a dark red hue.
Remove from heat and cool before serving.
