How to Make Pumpkin Pie Spice

This brew one of my winter staples. This Garlic and honey ferment is easy to make and has so many uses. 

Homemade  Pumpkin  Pie Spice

INGREDIENTS – 2 tablespoon ground cinnamon – 1 teaspoon ground ginger – ¾ teaspoon ground nutmeg – ¼ teaspoon ground cloves – ¼ teaspoon ground allspice

In a small mixing bowl, add measured ingredients, with a spoon or whisk, mix and give the mixture a thorough stir.

Take care to make sure there are clumps or unincorporated ingredients.

Store in an airtight container with a lid. Use within 1 year for optimal freshness.
