INGREDIENTS -peeled and sliced ginger – raw honey

Start by washing and peeling the outer skin of your ginger with a spoon or vegetable peeler

slices your ginger to thin matchsticks. the more surface area the better!

add your ginger to a glass mason jar

pour honey over ginger until covered, 1/2 inch from the top
