– 8 small red radishes, – 1 Serrano pepper – I cup distilled white vinegar – 2 tablespoon sugar – 1 tablespoon Kosher salt or sea salt

Slice radishes into very thin rounds
1Place in a sterilized quart jar with serrano pepper.
Combine vinegar, water, salt, and sugar in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Pour cooled pickling liquid over top until covered.
