Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. First, chop your rhubarb into 1-inch pieces add blackberries and toss with honey in a medium bowl until coated.
Spread evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes, stirring once halfway through roasting time
Allow cooling slightly before adding to the crisp. Once cool, add your chia seeds.
Meanwhile, combine starter, oats, and brown sugar in a large bowl and mix with a fork or pastry cutter until well combined.
