this easy-to-make vinaigrette adds a zesty twist to any salad or roasted veggies.

Combine olive oil, honey, and salt, in a large bowl

Pour this mixture onto carrots and toss until fully coated.

Arrange coated carrots on the baking sheet to minimize overlapping.

Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until tender and golden.
