Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat 8-inch  baking pan with non-stick spray or grease and lightly flour the pan.

Combine the fruit with sugar, butter, cornstarch, and vanilla.  Pour into baking pan.

Combine flour, egg, salt,sugar, and butter in a medium bowl. 

Mix until crumbly and sprinkle over fruit.

Bake for 30 to 40 min or until bubbling and golden brown. Serve warm with evaporated milk or ice cream.
