Mulberry trees are usually ready to be harvested during late spring or early summer, depending on your location.

Collect the leaves as they reach maturity but before they start developing any dark spots or yellowing.

Carefully pick the leaves by hand, making sure not to strip the tree of too many branches or leaves that could damage the tree.

After collecting the leaves, rinse  in cool water to remove dirt. Pat dry with a clean cloth or paper towel.

Once dried, spread leaves out in a single layer on tray

Dry the leaves at 135 degrees Fin a dehydrator for 3-8 hours.

Alternatively, you can sun-dry the leaves for several days depending on the weather and humidity levels.

After they're sufficiently dry, crush leaves into a powder using a coffee grinder, mortar and pestle, or food processor.

Store the dried mulberry leaf powder in an airtight container, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Enjoy a cup of mulberry tea anytime to rejuvenate your taste buds and nourish your body!
