Spruce Tip Salt
Ingredients
- 1 cup of spruce tips
- ¼ cup of salt
- One tablespoon of lemon zest
Instructions
- Add spruce tips to a food processor and add ¼ cup of salt per pound of spruce tip pulp you have made. Use more or less, depending on how strong you want your salt! Pulse until well combined - I found this to take less than a minute, but it could vary depending on what type of processor you have at home 😉
